WHO is Ardent culinaire
As President, Cheyenne Diaz brings her positive attitude and ample experience to
the daily business management of Ardent Culinaire. She graduated from the Art
Institute of Los Angeles with a degree in Culinary Arts and obtained diverse experience
in a variety of food service productions including corporate café, restaurant,
and catering & event management.
Corporate Chef, Estevan Jimenez has held key kitchen management positions at the Monterey Bay Aquarium, was a founding member of AQUA TERRA Culinary and its Corporate Chef, and currently administrates the culinary program at Rancho Cielo Youth Campus.
Executive Chef Efren Diaz oversees the day to day culinary operations for Ardent and brings more than 15 years of progress kitchen management experience overseeing restaurants and catering operations at the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Santa Catalina, and most recently Chef de Cuisine for AQUA TERRA Culinary.
